Overview
About Me
Hey there, I'm a youth worker, librarian and volunteer radio presenter. I recently bought my own home and live by myself so figured it would be a great opportunity to meet new people. I lived and worked in London a few years ago, and traveled quite a bit through East and West Europe and some of Asia, but haven't had the opportunity to Couchsurf yet. I can offer many laughs, chilled vibes and general good times :) I love to travel and am off to Tahiti in July this year.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
Favourite bands: Dire Straits, Pink Floyd, The Presets, The Prodigy... I'll listen to almost anything though (especially if it's on vinyl)
Movies: Lost In Translation, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, The Empire Strikes Back
Books: Did I mention I'm a librarian? If I had to name one - The Forever War by Joe Haldemann is a favourite.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Got the opportunity to work on Carnaby Street, Oxford Circus, Greenwich and the Selfridges department store in London selling art (painted on giant ceramic elephants) for charity.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have a degree in modern history, but if history doesn't interest I also know other things! I know a little bit about a lot of things - it comes with being a librarian! In fact, give me a subject and I'll tell you the Dewey number :P Also love to chat about movies, music and life in general. I also like to party ;)
