About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travelling and having a major blast in the USA!

ABOUT ME

Likes to choose a different way. And it's not like trying. It's to explore.
Oh, and likes people who like him. Usually, those are the ones who speak and laugh a lot.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've visited Lviv and Kiev in Ukraine as a couchsurfer. Also surfed in Hiroshima. I have to admit that I've truly enjoyed it and can't wait to travel more this way.

I've hosted as well - it's good to feel that you helped out.

The most valuable thing in CS is that I was kind of forced to meet new people - and meeting new people is my way.

Interests

Hemingway's way: reading (Central-European authors mianly, but lately also American), drinking (Czech beer mostly) and travelling (Europe, Asia, and now - the USA; rather cities than nature).

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Lost in Translation, Pulp Fiction, Juno, Black Mirror

Music: Angels and Airwaves, Blink 182, MJ.

Books: Milan Kundera, Ryszard Kapuscin€žski, Witold Gombrowicz, Pawel€š Huelle, Mariusz Szczygiel, Gabriel Garcia Marquez

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. Hm. I like climbing roofs at night, especially during the parties ;] For view, for fun, for adventure. So I have plenty of stories concerning that unusual topic. Each one remarkable.

2. First night of my student's exchange in Prague which I spent roaming around. The Golden City leaves you speechless.

Teach, Learn, Share

Hm. Maybe this might be somehow useful: cannabis in Czech Republic is not fully legalized. Only carrying (and not smoking or selling/buying) pot, up to 15 grams, is legal. That's why there is no Coffee shops.
However, the police don't care even if you smoke in front of them. More info on that topic: http://praguemonitor.com/2010/08/24/prague-high

I can also give some basic legal hints. And talk reasonably about everything besides cars.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belarus, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Czech Republic, Poland
