Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To travel the world and bridge cultures through film.
ABOUT ME
I'm easygoing and always up for meeting new people, exploring new places, and learning new things! I guess you could say much of my life revolves around film since I'm usually teaching, making or watching films. I also love indulging in the simple pleasures of life such as hanging out with friends, eating and being out in nature. I lived in Japan for 14 years and am now living back on the farm that I grew up on with my wife, young daughter, and a bunch of other animals!
PHILOSOPHY
"Life should be lived on the edge of life. You have to exercise rebellion: to refuse to tape yourself to rules, to refuse your own success, to refuse to repeat yourself, to see every day, every year, every idea as a true challenge - and then you are going to live your life on a tightrope." - Philippe Petit
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Interests
Mainly cinema and travel. These two things inspire me the most and keep me going. They're my input and my output. I also love culture, nature, education, history and meeting people from all walks of life.
