Overview
About Me
I'm originally from sunny Brighton in southern Britain but I've lived in Germany most of my life. I'm a freelance translator, which is cool because it means I can work from wherever, so I like to take the show on the road sometimes, especially in the harsh winter months.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love traveling and meeting people from all over the world. And Couchsurfing is the perfect place for that!
Interests
Well traveling for one - I'm trying to do the whole digital nomad thing, at least in the wintertime when the cold in Berlin becomes unbearable. Plus I love films, reading, music, culture in general, partying, chilling – and I have an over-the-top love for karaoke.
Music, Movies, and Books
Well I live in Berlin, so I've developed an insatiable love for techno. I'm also a huge rap aficionado, German rap in particular. Then I listen to lots of indie and electronica and all things in between. And finally funk, soul, and the odd dash of reggae.
For movies, I enjoy a healthy diet of cult-worthy comedies, superhero extravaganzas, obscure indie dramas, and sci-fi spectacles. And bookwise I'm strangely omnivorous and snobby at the same time.
