ABOUT ME

I'm a writer from England who is after an adventure. I love culture and I love stories. I get on with anyone and I'm very friendly and considerate. I am a great storyteller if you want some entertainment.

I stand at just over two metres in height so I am a very large man, but I am totally harmless...I say this so you won't be shocked by a giant arriving at your door.

I am currently cycling from Athens back to London with my good friend Iain, any help on the way would be brilliant.

(I'm afraid I'm living with my parents at the moment, who aren't so keen on hosting...sigh)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have guided many couch surfers around the beautiful city of Edinburgh, but unfortunately I've never been in a position to host (truth be told, I've never had a decent couch!).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen the northern lights from the slopes of an Icelandic volcano, which was pretty amazing.

I'm a great cook and I am generally very knowledgeable about history and geography...I've got a few good bits of trivia, entertaining anecdotes and factoids up my sleeve.

My cycling buddy is a highly trained carpenter so if you have any doors you need urgently fixing...

What I Can Share with Hosts
