ABOUT ME

My name is Tom, I'm 24 years old and right now I'm a theatremaker, actor and a teacher. I'm a social guy and I want to get in contact with as many people as I can.

PHILOSOPHY

Everything will end up allright and enjoy every little thing in Life. In dutch we say: kan je moeilijk over doen, kan je ook niet doen. It's a bit hard to translate... it goes something like: you either make a big fuzz out of things... or you don't. or something along that line.. you get the point:)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

First I had 3 couchsurfers over, three girls from Germany. Really sweet girls! I tried to make m as comfy as possible. I had to go and teach though but we had some drinks afterwards! It was nice!

After that I had 3 people over from spain! relaxing all night and drinking sangria haha, funfun!

And then Fernanda (brazil) and Itzel(arizona) came over, we had an awesome weekend going to a balkan festival in Maastricht and afterwards they stayed at my place in utrecht for another couple of days.

A few weeks after Nathalia, a friend of Fernanda, came over wich was nice! we talked a lot about a lot of stuff haha and we just walked about town and we went for beers at night :)

Next up were Hilal and Dogus, two very nice people from trukey who I didn't get to see very much but still I enjoyed having them over.

That is it untill now, who's next?! :)

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

well I'm a really spontanious guy so I always end up lost somewhere in the middle of nowhere with a lot of funny (drunk) people who are making a party somewhere nice. Or someone amazing with an awesome story to tell.
I hitchhiked with a friend through europe: Italy, France, Germany, Belgium and eventually the Netherlands. In two months with no plan what so ever!

Thijs and me decided to Hitchhiked to Hannover and on that same day we left. next day we were with my friend Lynn for a couple of days in hannover and then we hitchhiked back.

Thijs, Lilian and me roadtripped to the Alps, met up with our friend Pema and celebrate new years in the middle of nowhere, did a new years dive in the lake of Geneve and decided we wanted to go to Paris as well.

Sam and I hitchhiked to Doetichem for a school project. there is nothing to do in doetichem.

Thijs, Lilian, Simon and myself roadtripped through Germany, Poland, Slovakia en the Czec Republic for 3 weeks. a lot of wild camping in the woods, mountains and near beautiful lakes. we went to see Berlin, Woodstock festival, Wroclaw, Krakow, Poprad, Olomouc and many many other beautiful places.
