ABOUT ME

I'm living my little life in my little country. I'm lucky to be healthy and to be alive. I'm trying to follow what is new about education, ICT, politics, sustainability and culture.

For surfers..I'm not a party man (don't like smoking, hard drinks and loud music :D), but I appriciate to drink a beer and to chat a bit with everyone who is interested.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books..My favorite author is Terry Pratchett, I've read more than fifty books he wrote and I still want more (especially about Night Watch - go Vimes go); another genius is for sure Douglas Noel Adams and his Hichhikers guide to the galaxy (!42!); same sort of good fun with huge ideas behind is Joseph Heller and Kurt Vonnegut and it's pity that these three won't write books anymore, so it goes...I'm sorry but this list could be really long, so some top books: Sophie's choice (W. Styron), Egyptian Sinuhet (M. Waltary), Il nome de la Rosa (U. Eco), Anna Karenina (L. N. Tolstoj), Petit Prince (A. St-Exupery) and everything of Lion Feuchtwanger

Comics..Mause, Persepolis, Sandman, L'Ascension du Haut Mal and czech Alois Nebel

Music..no song's caught me more than Comptine d'autre ete, Yann Tiersen

..however, there are also funny youtube comediens: Weird Al Yankovic, Jon Lajoie, Steven Lynche, Jeff Dunham(.com)..worth seeing

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Current amazing thing: I've created an educational game with an animated story which was downloaded 30 000+ times. It helps to develop and train cognitive functions of preschool kids.

EXamazing thing: I'm a promoter of the idea of bike sharing in Czech Republic, we miss the service.

EXamazing thing: I've been to the conference of young leaders One Young World in Pittsburh 2012, happy to dicuse and adress the issues of sustainebility, education and food waste.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Some insight about: impro theatre, playing a guitar, walking on a slackline, game design, and I know a lot of games (both for outdoor and indoor)
