Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am Couchsurfing for the same reason many other travelers are as well. First, several of my friends recommended me to try this while describing many incredible experiences they had from using this service. Second, I really enjoy meeting new people, making new friends and learning about new cultures. This seems much more possible by using this instead of hotels or hostels. Finally since it is my goal to travel for a long time, any way I can lower my travel costs is a bonus! To sum it all up, couchsurfing seems like the perfect system for me to try.

Obviously one of my interests is traveling and learning about different people and cultures. I also enjoy reading, writing, different card/board games, sports(!), hiking, rowing, surfing, biking, and history. There are many subjects that are interesting to me and I would be happy to share them with you.
