Easygoing, listening to music, learning german, playing ukulele, suck at soccer - but love playing :-), barbeques, beers, friends, and good times are always on the top of my agenda.. Travelling is a must and sharing coultures, stories.. Always smiling - it is just more fun..
PHILOSOPHY
My philosophy is to be happy and have a positive angle at all times.. Accept what you can get, and offer as much as you can..
The best travelexperiences i've had comes from other peoples generiosity, so just passing it on to others when possible.

Danish Dilled Shrimp:
SERVES 8 (change servings and units)
Ingredients
2 quarts water
1/4 cup coarse salt
1/3 cup white sugar
5 sprigs dill
2 lbs shrimp, medium with shells
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon dill, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1 Bring water to a boil in a large pot over high heat.
2 Add salt, sugar, and dill sprigs; stir until sugar has dissolved.
3 Pour in shrimp and cook until the shells turn pink, and the meat is no longer translucent, 3 to 4 minutes.
4 Strain the shrimp through a colander, discard dill sprigs, and chill until cold in the refrigerator, about 30 minutes.
5 Once shrimp have cooled, peel and devein them; discard the shells.
6 Whisk together oil, vinegar, minced dill, salt, and pepper
7 Toss with shrimp meat to coat.
8 Cover, and chill overnight in the refrigerator.
9 Serve with sprigs of fresh dill.
