ABOUT ME

Talking about yourself can be hard, right? So here are some bullet points with relevant things about me:
- I LOVE learning (about all kinds of things)
- I love having conversations about "life" and everything it entails
- I am very versatile when it comes to having fun. I enjoy partying and dancing as well as going for a hike and meditating
- I love eating, and I am currently learning how to cook
- I am fascinated by languages and cultures
- I am a vegetarian

PHILOSOPHY

Go out there and do your own thing. If you want to be happy, you have to actually do something about it. Happiness isn't a final place we should try to get to, but rather a state of being.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am constantly amazed by everybody I meet through Couchsurfing. I have been able to learn wonderful things, have incredible conversations and see extraordinary places because of this community and I am very grateful for that!
I haven't been able to host any couchsurfers so far, but I hope I will soon enough!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: indie, indie folk, rock, pop, mpb (Brazilian music)... and a bunch of other things!

I like movies and books with intelligent stories that make you think and feel and a well thought-out narration. Lately I have also started to be really into non-fiction, mainly popular science books.
Besides that, when it comes to movies, I am always attracted to beautiful cinematography and soundtrack.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was visiting Salvador with a very dear friend (that I met through CS!), I saw one of the most beautiful sunsets of my life from a boat in the sea. It was absolutely stunning. It was simple and extraordinary.

Another highlight of my life was travelling by bike with one of my best friends through the countryside of Sweden, camping in the wild and seeing the most beautiful lakes - including the biggest lake in Europe!
