Hello all!

I'm 22-year-old Japanese. I was born and raised in Japan for 21 years and now I've been staying in Ireland from June, 2023. I've been studying law in the university in Japan, but I took a year off this year and came to Ireland alone to study English and experience other culture.

I've traveled to USA as a school trip and stayed alone in Ireland for 5 months, but have never traveled overseas alone so feel nervous and also excited. I'm planning to travel around Europe from this December to next February.

I really love to talk with new people and learn other perspectives and cultures. I'd be so glad to hear your story and your favorite spots in your city.

how do you feel living in your city, which place in your city do you recommend to visit, what local food is your favorite in your country, which countries have you traveled or stayed, which country did you enjoyed the most, what are the most useful phrases in your language, what is your occupation and do you like it or not, what is your hobby, what do you want to try in the future and etc.

Though I've been studying law in Japan, I've been curious about architecture for years and actually I'm planning to study architecture in a technical school from two years later. So, not only strolling around your city, but I'd like to stay in a local house and to know the way of life.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to only Japanese songs, though I know some really famous English songs. Picking up two favorite Japanese artists, I usually listen to Fujii Kaze, and Mrs. Green Apple. Also I'm a big fan of Alan Menken, who composed many Disney songs, and actually I've been to his concert once.

I'm not big fan of any movies, but my favorites are Titanic, Notting Hill, Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, and Marvel series, especially Ironman and End Game.

I read only Japanese books as I listen to only Japanese songs. My favorite comic books are ONE PIECE, Dragon Ball, Naruto, Attack on Titan, and some other battle comics.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm not sure it's amazing or not, but as I said above I'm a huge fan of ONE PIECE. So, once I listen to opening songs or watch one of moving scene just for one second, I remember how great the whole episode was and start sobbing.

Teach, Learn, Share

Honestly, I don't have much life experience so I can only teach Japanese culture, Japanese language, and life in Ireland.
I can tell you the whole of my experience; the way of life in Japan and Ireland, the difference between those two countries I felt, the way of my thinking, my perspective on some topics and etc.
