About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Escape from the daily grind (even for a little bit) and come to terms with what it means to be in my "twenties"...
ABOUT ME
I'm a realist (not necessarily a pessimist!), open-minded, flexible, polite, considerate, and independent! I would make the best travel companion/CS-er because I follow your rules and always clean up after myself!
I identify most as an INFJ, but that doesn't mean I'm withdrawn and soft-spoken all the time! Cliche, but you'll find me to seriously be an onion. ;)
PHILOSOPHY
First and foremost, learn to have reasonable expectations of people. Second, life really is too short to care about what other people think - one thing I've improved a LOT on, but am still working on! Third, I realized I can't be happy and fulfilled until I do what I personally love... I'm still looking for that, but I hope I make some headway down that road soon.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Only been a member for a couple of days but as I travel more, I hope to build a close network of friends near and far.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Absolutely zero as of now, but we must all start somewhere, don't we? Once I move to a bigger space and have more means, I definitely aim to host fellow CS-ers. :)
Interests
Art, music, FOOD (amateur foodie at heart, I think), design, travel, the Internet, exploring gender and race studies/issues, learning about different viewpoints on anything and everything, religion (Christian here, but no need to be on your guard!)

Music, Movies, and Books
Books/Authors: Ender's Game, Game of Thrones, Earth Abides, H.P. Lovecraft (I have a quirky love for sci-fi, interestingly enough)
Music: Biggest genres are electronic music (of all kinds, seriously, I am an electronic music fiend), anything indie, and so much more! Music is a huge part of my life (piano since 5, viola since 13)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Notable, not amazing: Got pushed off of a bungee jumping platform 50m high over a river in Korea during Thanksgiving break (with the bungee cord and harness on me, of course haha!)
Teach, Learn, Share
As of now, I am an incredibly well-rounded person. However, I hope to start specializing in something soon... As of now, I can teach you Korean! And a little bit of instruction on how to break a cement slab with your hand as a tae kwon do black belt!
Countries I’ve Visited
Mexico
Countries I’ve Lived In
South Korea, United States
