CURRENT MISSION

To travel New Zealand solo. I'm writing this from Auckland on day 1 and the plan is to have no plan. :)

ABOUT ME

I am not great at writing these... but I am an engineer by education, I love to ski, cycle, travel, listen to music, eat, cook and learn about food and drink. I'm currently living in Bristol, England and i'll be in NZ for 3 months until I return to the UK to work the festival season back there for the northern hemisphere summer.

I have cycled from England around Italy and Europe in July 2013 which most of my CS references are from. I'm leaving myself as flexible as possible on this trip. I'm travelling with a tent and planning to Couch Surf, use hostels and do plenty of wild trekking, kayaking and cycling if i can. I have a working holiday VISA so I will also pick up some work on the way too. I'm pretty handy with anything DIY or technical, I play the drums and love music too and like to try my hand at anything so if anyone has advise on temporary work then that would be great too!

If we meet you'll get to know me a lot better and I'd love to share a beer or meal with anyone able to host me.
