ABOUT ME

I am outgoing, friendly, adventurous and helpful and I once won an award for being a very honest and reliable paperboy!

I am currently a PhD research student at the Aberystwyth University and I am writing about the launch year of National Theatre Wales http://www.nationaltheatrewales.org.uk

I am also a teacher, film maker, performer, musician and artist and when I am not carrying out my research I spend my spare time making things... like films and music. http://www.paynechristie.com

None so far but I am looking forward to meeting new people and seeing new places!

Interests

I like theatre, music, food and wine, meeting people, writing and reading. That all sounds very vague... I like jogging... cleaning... breaking bad... norwich city football club... the films of Werner Herzog... home made pizza...

Music, Movies, and Books

I spend most of my time reading books to do with my research eg. ones about site-specific art and human geography. But I enjoy reading books by Malcolm Gladwell and John Grisham too! Plus I get to read all sorts of books to my daughter, we are currently working our way through the Chronicles of Narnia.
