Hello, I'm Tom from a town known as Ipswich in the south East of England, I felt i wanted to experience more things in life so I quit my boring job and decided to travel around the world in order meet new people and see what the world really looks like with my own eyes.

I like to see myself as a pretty fun and easy going guy but of course I'll let you be the judge of that!

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

It's always been a thing I've really wanted to try in order to meet new people and really experience the local lifestyle and customs whilst hopefully making a friend for life and I've just heard so many positive experiences about it, why would I not want to be on here!?

After traveling for 2.5 years and couchsurfing quite a few times, I love it. It really is an amazing idea!!!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music- I honestly love all sorts of music from uplifting trance to 80s rock and everything in between.

Books- Prior to traveling reading was never a thing I ever really did, but since traveling I have read Shantaram, call to the wind, the Rangers Apprentice and The alchemist but I am keen to find more and more books which I can get absorbed in to!

Movies- In recent years i haven't watched a lot of movies apart from the odd one here and there and I'm not quite sure why, maybe its because I've always been more in to Anime but back in my younger days I was obsessed with martial arts movies especially anything Jet Li related!
