Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't done much couchsurfing, but I've had people surf my couches many times. It's nice to have someone new in the house when you wake up in the morning.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really liked the 2005 French film called Cache. Claire Denis is one of my favourite directors. I'm currently reading The Passion of the Western Mind, by Richard Tarnas. My favourite band is The Decemberists. I like dancing to house (especially UK hard house) and breakbeats. I could go on.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bought a live turkey in an African market on Christmas eve and carried it several miles under my arm to a hotel in a national park. Ate it the next day.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to teach people how to play ultimate frisbee. I am also very knowledgeable in most things computer related (web design, programming, etc.)
