About Me

I try to live by the moto: Leave any place better than it was before you came.
Open to anything new. Like to talk about everything as well as adventures, technology, philosophy and social sciences.

When I see a mountain, I get an uncontrollable urge to climb it, no matter how far it is.

I love a good burger or steak! But remember to eat fruit and vegetables to balance everything out.
Keeping active is a good way experience the little awe moments that we all strive for. I will try to create my own moments of tranquillity. You are more than welcome to join!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here to challenge myself. I want to challenge how I think, how I behave and learn something new. It's amazing what kind of insights you can gain just by listening to people stories and adventures.

Couchsurfing also allows to better understand the local culture and mindset as well show some of their favourite places. I try to visit as little touristy places as possible and focus on spots where local people hang around. Being with locals is the best way to learn.

Interests

Technologies, definitely. Keeping active and on the move as much as possible. Running, hiking, mountain climbing, swimming, bike riding, longboarding, learning new skills and concepts, visiting new places, looking at new places in a different light. My curiosity made me interested in philosophy, social behaviour and figuring out what drives each individual.

Music, Movies, and Books

Mood determines what music feels right. A calm evening with some jazz ar liquid electro/lofi hip hop beats is wonderful. When walking around, I try to listen to more active music like rock and when you feel melancholic (especially when you haven't seen the sun in a while) piano music can really sooth the soul.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Leaving my job, packing a backpack and move to Spain without a clear plan. So far it's been the best thing I've done in a long while.

Teach, Learn, Share

Helping people with computers has kind of been my thing since I can remember.
Apparently, I'm good at identifying skills people have and can give some advice about finding a job in the tech industry. I'd love you to taste my pasta carbonara!
