5 years ago, I wasn't exactly sure what my purpose was over here... I took my car, drove over 6000km in 17 days and couchsurfed my way through all Northern European countries (10). Ever since that trip, travelling is all I think about!
I'm a 24-year-old, freshly graduated doctor from Belgium full of positive energy!
I'm passionate about pretty much everything I do and I'm trying to experience as much as I can in this short life of ours.
I'm always in for something new, especially when it is something out of the ordinary!
I guess I'm quite a talkative guy, I love to share stories and experiences, talk about cultural differences, science, politics, the purpose of life, ...
Realising the enormous luck I have to be born in a great loving family, realising that I have so much opportunities and grabbing each and every single one of them with both hands is what drives me.

I'm not one of those guys, trying to avoid a hostel... which, unfortunately, CS is mostly used for nowadays.
I love to have that interesting and deep talk with complete stranges on the other side of this wonderful planet of ours. Meeting as strangers and leaving like friends is what I try to achieve wherever I go.
I like having foreigners over and showing them why Belgium is pretty much the most awesome country in the world ( Beer, chocolate, waffles, fries, ... )
A tasty (Belgian) beer a great conversation sounds like the perfect cs eve.
Couchsurfing gives you the opportunity to experience other cultures & countries (the world in general) in a way that stays with you for a lifetime. Countries are defined by the people you meet, the roads you drive on and the villages you stay in!
I've met some of the most amazing human beings through CS and those memories and friendships will last a lifetime.
