Overview
About Me
I finished my school in 2017 and I am taking a so called "gap year" to catch breath again. When you are reading this, I will be in Canada for work and travel. I am really excited to discover Canada in the cold winter time, since the last winter in Germany were a bit disappointing. I plan to stay for about six month in Canada, but who knows it might also be longer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I will be the next few months in Canada for work and travel. In my opinion the best way to learn more about a country is to get in touch with the people. A host knows the special spots and secret gems in a city that you should definitely visit! So I would be silly not to take that opporunity. Furthermore the more nice people I learn to know the better.
Interests
I love to sing, play games with others and to do sports like badminton or football ( for you Americans out there: soccer)
- singing
- board games
- sports
- canoe
- party games
- experience nature
Music, Movies, and Books
There is a lot of music and bands I love, but to name a few:
Billy talent
Seeed
Linkin Park
Limp Bizkit
Bob Marley
Beatles
Manu Chao
Best Movie: Lord of the rings
Best Books: Just has to be Fantasy or a Thriller and I am happy
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 2016 I have built a wooden Canoe (the one you can see in one of the pictures). For a long time it was my dream to sit in my own Canoe and I had the opportunity to build one as a schoolproject. I am really happy with it and also took it with me to Sweden where I traveled from lake to lake with a few friends.
It was a big project and worth every second of work I did.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I would love to show you some silly german never ending or necassery words you would need in Germany. If you want I would be happy to help you in the kitchen.
