About Me

I am Antonia, 25 years old and from Germany, Landau.
I became addicted to travelling when i was 20 and since then i try to see as much as possible of our beautiful world. Since then I travelled in southeast asia, southamerica and newzealand by my own in between studies.
I already finished university and just started 1 1/2 years of teachertraining. It is quite hard, I have no time at all, a lot of stress and I can almost not travel. This is why i want to use at least 3 free days or so to travel a little bit not too far from my hometown with my car. I can sleep in it, but it is not a comfortable as my car in NZ was haha.
I am a very open minded person and get along with most people. Most of the time I like to chill, go to gym, , watch movies, read books, meet friends and walk my favourite dog (unfortunatly not my own). Sometimes I like to go out and party way to hard and long. And sometimes I just want to be alone and have time for me, read a book, go hiking or whatever. This time is very important for me and I miss it since I´m back home again because there are always flatmates or friends around.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really like the idea of couchsurfing. It is a great opportunaty to get in touch with locals and meet people from all over the world in your own home. I used couchsurfing the first time in New Zealand and regret it so much that I didn´t use it before because I met awesome people, I am still in contact with.
I think everyone can share or teach something, what makes it so interesting to really get in touch with people.
