Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

What made me try out couchsurfing for the first time a couple of years ago, I think, was my curiosity. I love meeting new people, getting confronted with their ideas and lives. There are countless marvelous people on this planet and CS offers a great way of meeting a few of them.

So I surf & host whenever I can to be a small part of this project.

Music, Movies, and Books

There are heaps of good books! And whenever I get to finish one I realize that there will never be sufficient time to read enough.Yet two books that I enjoyed a lot have been"A short History of nearly everything" by Bill Bryson, and"Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance" by Robert Pirsig.I love music too but I don't want to make you read an awkwardly long list of all the bands I like. For music depends a lot on contexts, and there's hardly anything better in the world than listening to great song that matches the situation, whether it's loud or soft, live or vinyl, mos def or the tallest man on earth.There's nothing like going to the cinema on a rainy day trying not to disturb fellow viewers while eating crispy (sweet!) popcorn. myam.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lost my heart in Kashmir, North India, on my way to Pakistan. I've never seen people so purely beautiful ever before and since then.

Teach, Learn, Share

to share: stories and precious memories from traveling. a good laughter. if I like you it's very possible I will share everything I own with you.
wanna learn: french. how to play any instrument. otherwise anything.
