ABOUT ME

I started experiencing a different culture when I went to Houston, Texas for a High School Year. That was in 2001. Now, 11 years later I am still very much interested in travelling and getting to know people from all over the world. During a stay in Bolivia for 4,5 months (2008/2009) I developed my love for South America. I went back in 2010 but unfortunately just for vacation. Now, I am off for more! I am looking forward to seeing more of this beautiful continent and meeting many interesting people........ I am in fact enjoying it very much!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I spent 4,5 months in Bolivia, working for a social project, taught children how to play the flute and English and helped them with homework. I took part in the daily routines and at the end became a godmother of my host sister's son Joel :-) During this time I also travelled a little bit and got to see the world's biggest salt field "Salar de Uyuni". So impressive! The most wonderful thing though was the island "Isla de Sol" in lake Titicaca.
