I am a recent graduate from Colorado State University. I studied Health & Exercise Science with a minor in Business Administration. I am passionate about health and wellness, and even more proud to be able to share my knowledge with the world. I love to be outdoors or hanging out with my dog. I am an avid powerlifter when I am not mentoring students. Lastly, I am extremely passionate about traveling and getting to know different cultures. After teaching English in Brazil, I believe it is truly one of the best ways to grow as a person and learn more about the world we live in. I love meeting new people/friends and growing as a person because of it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am backpacking around Europe as a graduation gift to myself. I have never been to Europe and would love the support from a couch surfing host. It also enables myself and the host to build a relationship that may last after I return to Colorado.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have helped a patient of mine learn to walk again after a serious car accident. I work as a physical therapist at a clinic and improving my patients quality of life is my priority.
