About Me

I am a father of three precious sons, and a beautiful wife. We have a high quality of life in Southern Taiwan without the stress of financial servitude. I have long had a breakthrough, losing my excuses and self-imposed limitations, to pursue a purpose-driven, benevolent life I that truly enjoy. As a result, I am able to freely choose the work that I love to do, and life feels like play. I also believe that happiness and fulfillment is a gift that multiplies when it is given or shared.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couch surfing aligns with my own personal philosophy of life. I enjoy a life oriented around giving and sharing. It makes everyone richer, more experienced, and better connected. My family has hosted many travelers to Southern Taiwan, and we have enjoyed sharing the unique culture and customs from this corner of the world, and in return, we have enjoyed learning from the unique cultures of our visiting guests. It makes sense that we join CouchSurfing to open our doors to a community that may wish to explore Taiwan. This will open the opportunities for us to be couch surfers when we travel, as well.

Music, Movies, and Books

I appreciate just about everything that is positive, inspiring, entertaining and musical.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Had the courage to join the Landmark Forum, which led to an education that broke down barriers in my life, achieving my life's goals at an accelerated pace, making a difference for too many people to count, providing the means to make a living doing many types of enjoyable work. The achievements are too many to count, but they include traveling to amazing destinations, and having richer experiences with less money. You can say, finding the keys and learning to master a life of fulfillment.

Teach, Learn, Share

We have had many guests in our home in Southern Taiwan, using our precious time together to share the local culture. But, if my guests really want to learn something from their stay with us, they could learn some Chinese. They could teach English and culture from their country with local schoolchildren. Also, I am always happy to teach some concepts I learned from my life coaches for a more successful, freer, happier life. We can also provide Web development skills, nutrition education, and other skills, if our guests have other interests.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We have had many guests in our home in Southern Taiwan, using our precious time together to share the local culture. Southern Taiwan is rich in traditional Chinese culture that has been lost everywhere else. There are some amazing festivals and events in the area, special customs, and even great organic food grown locally. There are mountains, monkeys, beaches, oyster farms, and horses nearby. There really is something for everyone here.
