I grew up in a very strict conservative household, being a very curious individual that I have always been, left me questioning the do's and don'ts of my upbringing :-)

I can proudly say I'm a Socialist would class myself as an Anarchist Marxist to be more specific, a sworn Atheist :-) I respect all religions but as an academic the concept of deity is too complicated to make sense. I have a very low tolerance for any kind of Sexism, Gender Inequality, Imperialism, Homophobia, Racial Discrimination and Daily Mail readers. ;-)

I've noticed a change in my personality, I'm more principled now as I'm growing older. usually very sociable, always up for partying, casual drinks.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The best way to get around in the world, if you have experienced to share and the will learn more is to become people's person. I heard about Couch surfing few years ago and wasn't sure about the legitimacy of it (if you get my drift) but not generalising everyone, I can see it's a beautiful concept of meeting new people, sharing different cultures, and the list goes on ... life is too short ... not sure if I can think of one person who have managed to travel around the whole world. Here I'm taking my chances with a new journey.

Teach, Learn, Share

I speak quite a few languages that is something I can offer and I feel I still have room for learning more, Can someone teach me Spanish? I'm guilty to admit I can't swim :-( Something I would like to conquer and if I could learn to play an instrument that would just be a cherry on top.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm happy to cook nice and yummy meals, anything from mild to extremely hot as per hosts preference, a variety of indian food is something I'm naturally good at.
