I currently work as a bartender in the town I grew up in while I figure out my post-grad school life. I'm currently in the application process for Ph.D. programs in neuroscience with an eye toward doing research on neurodegenerative diseases or psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I'm traveling to New Zealand for my first solo backpacking trip and I'd like to meet new people with similar interests. I'm starting in Auckland and I have about 3 and a half weeks with no real itinerary in place beyond having booked a hostel for the first couple nights. I'm bringing a tent, sleeping bag, and hammock.
