My wife and I moved to Clare 6 years ago from a bigger city. She graduated from CMU and I decided to go back to school myself. I have 3 beautiful pups that can be a handful. I try to live as simple as I possibly can. That's not to say I don't enjoy the fine things in life but simple is a bit more stress free to me anyway.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I guess I'm interested in the world and figured this would be a great segway into it. I'm a bit of an introvert but I still hate sitting around at home. My idea was to eventually go travel but life usually happens so I am willing to host as well.

I'm a bit of a nerd so I'm into starwars and star trek but I'm also interested in cars and history. I am going to school to be a Mechanic and I think I'm doing alright so far. Things may change as I am apparently an alright writer.

I am all over the map with music but my all time favorite band is Atreyu. As for movies I like film but The Big Labowski tops the list followed by most Star Wars movies. My favorite book is called A Samurais Tale.

I can say I've lived a pretty fulfilling life thus far. I am full of useless information and I learn by doing so I'm not much of a teacher. I've got plenty of story's though.
