ABOUT ME

After graduating from college in 2012 from a small college in Minnesota I moved to Jackson Hole, WY to be a ski bum for a season. That one ski season turned into three with a couple of summers and travel in between! I worked at a luxury boutique hotel in Jackson for a couple years. I left Jackson in the spring of 2015 to go travel for a few months before moving to California to work the wine harvest in Napa. When the harvest ended I got a job and moved to San Francisco in November of this year.

PHILOSOPHY

If you won't, someone else will. If you want something in life then you have to ask for it. Seize the carp.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I moved to Jackson, my buddy and I used Couchsurfing to crash for a week+ before we could find a place and sign a lease. That was the fall of 2012 and now my roommates and I have hosted people from Atlanta, Colorado, and California to Israel, Russia, and Slovenia.

In the fall of 2014 I surfed in Spain, Portugal, England, The Netherlands, France, and Italy. It was incredible, obviously.

Traveling, meeting people from all over the world, snowboarding, hockey, wine, hiking, the great outdoors, camping, trying to be a mountaineer, football (soccer).

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

In 2006 I was in Italy with my family during Italy's amazing World Cup run.

After graduating college in May 2012, my best friend and I spent three weeks backpacking Europe.

Moving to Jackson after graduating college was a great choice; milk on a hot day, not so much.

I traveled solo for three months in the fall of 2014 and it was so great that I decided to do it again for another three months in spring/summer 2015
