Beyond eating and sleeping; drawing, photography, and design are apart of my daily life. They keep me fed and a roof over my head. I once read a busker sign that said "If you only have two dollars, spend one on bread and the other on music. The bread will give you the means to live, and music, the reason." Be nurtured by nature. Yoga is the key to yourself. You are what you eat, so eat wisely. Coffee is insight and creativity, tea is meditation, and both can be found anywhere. Find your flow.
