Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I just moved in to a new place in Osaka . It is a small room under a private school I work in the evenings. I cant really host someone there as it is a business building and the owner wont allow it. However, I can assist you to find a nice reasonable place if you come to Osaka.
