I am fun and quirky and open to most any new adventure! Both introverted and extroverted at times, a chameleon and highly opinionated! And as you may gather, fond of paradox! Life for me is a true joy and I am optimistic in the face cynicism and sometimes my own embarrassment

Interests

I am a social worker by education and I teach and place social work students in their internships. I am also highly involved with initiatives that promote personal, organizational and global transformation.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Coming within 2 feet of a 14 foot alligator in the Florida everglades. Climbing Gros Morne in Newfoundland (entering a separate climate in the span of one hour) Cross-Canada train ride.
