Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have a sick penthouse in Waikiki, 2 blocks from the beach. Couchsurfers are awesome and we welcome them. We're not (that) crazy but like having fun. We beach, camp, hike, fish, dive, go out, stay in. 420 friendly and generally there are some cocktails, wine or beer being semi-responsibly enjoyed. We all have full time jobs: EMT, explosives tech, unemployed bum. There is no "couch" per se but we have air mattress, Asian sleeping mat, and chairs that push together to kinda make a couch :)

We do have some rules to help facilitate comfort and prevent misunderstandings. Mostly just cleaning behind yourself and you will probably have to work around our schedule a bit to get back in our place. ALSO sorry in advance if I just decline your request without an explanation. We get many requests every day but can only host when it works for everyones schedule so don't take it personal if I just say "decline" without an explanation ;) just not enough time to write a detailed explanation 5 times a day! Also if you have a new account with zero references you'll get declined.

Due to our jobs/real life we may not be readily available to provide tour guide style instruction or activities.

Interests

Motorcycles. Primarily road racing sportbikes. Also really enjoy dirtbiking and mountain bikes. EMS. Not really any TV watching tho I enjoy some movies and occasional netflix commercial free shows. Fine wine (reds) and enjoy social drinking but avoid getting drunk. Free diving, SCUBA (occasionally), body boarding, kayak, etc. Studying bible (don't like church/religion, just solo spirituality).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swam with some whales & their calves, crazy cliff jumping, a whole bunch of incredible motorcycle rides. watching babies being born, giving CPR. Had a NDE.
