i've been practising and learning meditation and zen. Its help my mind and health as well. The most intensive course i've learn in taiwan is 7 days meditation course and it bring a great and most valuable in my life and its so hard to describe.
we human live in a world that full of greedy,living a hard time to earn money but we forgot that our pure innocent soul..The true self that always remind us when we wanna make any decision.With meditation, everything is possible in our life and we can face our hard time easily... how to let go.
