ABOUT ME

I am always curious about the world, I want to understand the world inside out. And traveling happens to be one great way to do it!

But that wasn't always the case. I didn't quite get the backpacking idea until around 2010. But since then, I've been getting addictive to this habit.

I love new ideas and fresh thinkings on our world and our life. That's why I am a big fan of TED. I have learn to embrace the diversity in this world, it makes me appreciate more the richness of life and of being alive.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i've hosted a couple people in Guangzhou and Hong Kong. when i was travelling in cities like Kunming, Zhuhai, Shenzhen, Hongkong, Shanghai, Austin and Vancouver, i couchsurfed with local hosts and try to get as much a local experience as possible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

my first CS was in 2010 when I was visiting Kunming, my host there was very hospitable and that leaves me with much trust on the CS network. have since recommended this platform to numerous friends.

joined a meditation retreat led by Thich Nhat Hanh in Hong Kong in 2013 which was attended by over 1200 people. it was life-changing.
