About Me

DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT ANSWER to template messages

———
Hi there! I'am a Spaniard living in Beirut.

I've always loved travelling and meeting new people (not very original so far) but I think it all really started with my Erasmus in Brussels and the Europe-marathon I made that year... As a friend used yo say “you live this experience and then you spend your whole life trying to repeate such an intense feeling”, meaning, you arrive into some new place and start thinking of where you're going next.

And so, I've been living abroad since 2009, in Belgium, France and now Lebanon.

I enjoy myself going out, visiting expositions, reading, cooking, discovering new places inside and outside the city and of course, meeting new people (I have a great bunch of bizarre experiences concerning this last hobby). Furthermore, I'm more than pleased if I can share a good conversation about politics, religion, literature, art, cinema, etc.

I consider myself talkative, cheerful, open-minded, trustworthy, music-addicted and funny, but I strongly recommend you to check it... Just in case.

PHILOSOPHY

Serendipity, zero expectations and good vibes :)

AGAIN: Sorry, but if you don't care enough to send something more that a template message, I probably won't care enough to grant you with an answer

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

There have been plenty of official and "officious" CS experiences (it means, not through this website), with slightly-known people, and absolutely unknown ones, always happily succeded. I believe in people's honesty as I am an honest person myself. I think the world would be a much better place if people had half of the generosity I've met through this website.

Interests

WHAT I'M NOT INTERESTED IN:

Although it seems pretty obvious to me, I'll state it loud and clear:
This is NOT a dating site. If you are looking for sex, love or mariage, please check Tinder and other apps. There are plenty of them, really. So please, don't misuse Couchsurfing.

AND NOW, WHAT I'M INTERESTED IN:
