ABOUT ME

I was in the Army Reserves until about a year and a half ago (8.5 years with a deployment to Iraq mixed in). I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a degree in Technology Education. I have been teaching for the last 2 and a half years and am looking to go back to school for a degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is to live the present, prepare for the future, and forget about the past.

I like to Rock Climb, ride my motorcycle, ride my pedal bike, try to swim, and run (I've done a few triathlons and am looking to do many more in the future). I was a decathlete in college also.

Music, Movies, and Books

Trying to learn how to play the guitar for the past few months. Kurt Vonnegut is probably my favorite author. I like music with lyrics that make no sense.

Scored over 6200 pts in a decathlon.

Teach, Learn, Share

Rock Climbing. Triathlons. Any track and field event. I teach welding, construction, drafting, video editing, robotics, and woodworking as well. I am also a certified scuba diver.
