Just a 20 something year old from Hawaii trying to navigate through and find my place in this crazy, beautiful, messy world. I am a graduate of the College of Engineering at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. I currently work as a Nuclear Engineer at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. I like to think I'm easy going, open minded, and ever curious.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love seeing and experiencing a new place through the guidance and perspective of a local. Above all, I enjoy meeting and making new friends from all over the world.

My best travel experiences have been through couchsurfing. Having grown up in a popular tourist destination, I am averse to the superficial. I am a traveler, not a tourist. I seek genuine experiences that positively impacts my life and broadens my worldview. There's no better place to find that than through couchsurfing.

I have so many unanswered questions as I totter through emerging adulthood. I guess you could say that I'm going through a quarter life crisis; however, it isn't as bad as it may seem. Crisis is a catalyst for discovery, an opportunity for growth! If you like, I'd love for us to play a role in each others' narrative . A role in which we are both mentor and protege.
