About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Meet new people and share stories, ideas, inspiration, and all that good stuff that makes life worth it all.

ABOUT ME

I'm trying to make it.
I don't always know what I'm doing or where I'm going but I'm definitely going along for the ride.
I like rides.
I inexplicably cried most of the fourth grade.
I often watch Hot Topics on "The View" or CNN or BBC in loops.
I have a lot of questions but not terribly worried about getting them answered.
I thought for sure I was Holden Caulfield when I first read "The Catcher in the Rye".
Oops.
I'm always hoping the party won't end supposing I'll get my best rest when I die
I love wine and books and raw mixed nuts and oddly I miss the balmy or humid Minneapolis I came from.
I dig the open outdoors as much as I love the social life in a pub with friends and/or strangers.
I have a tendency to workout like I'm training for the LA SWAT team.
I think the disposable razor, Bill O'Reilly and High Fructose Corn Syrup are cultural pitfalls.
I'm quite certain conservative people have it all wrong and are in for a big surprise on their "judgment day".
I drink way too much pulp free orange juice.
I drink a lot of water.
I'm altogether liberal and sometimes try more new things than I should.
I find sex, drugs and rock and roll to be an intriguing medley.
I love live theater and music.
Animals gravitate towards me.
Sometimes children do too and I never know how to react to this latter admittance.
I adopted a whale when I was a kid and still think about that big fish to this day.
I'm really quite friendly and overly open to trying anything once and many more times if it's really good and hopefully won't cause permanent brain damage. But instead open my mind a little more, my heart even further.
I was a raver and a swing kid and was once totally convinced that I was born too late so sure that I should have been sitting in the front row when Allen Ginsberg first read Howl.
I stretch a lot.
I'm pretty sure I was a communist as a child and I'm not sorry.
I have a difficult time saying "no" in fear I might miss out on something life altering.
I have a tendency to mix together every item on my plate.
I think the crust is the best part on a loaf of bread.
I love a good time, good conversation and an excuse to be distracted from the real thing.
I almost always take the stairs.
I purposely park in the back of a parking lot.
I live far from ordinary and even further from what you might expect.
I think.
And I've probably already made it.
