ABOUT ME

Wrote the following when I was in my baby twenties. An update is certainly in order, later:

nearly everyday i find myself in a new place. hope to continue exploring this incredible earth until that time that has to come to us all. been quite lucky... or... blessed. but im still on the fence with regards to the subject of creation. its just something that i cannot fathom. blind faith is very difficult for me to embrace. ive made quite a few mistakes in my days. learnt quite a bit too. it seems that everyday im growing up faster and faster. still havent grown up. have alot of it to do. yet endear the youth i do. trying my best to learn and not repeat the big ones. shaking past regrets is a challenge. however, living a life of regrets is not living at all. photography is my passion - true photography.. in my opinion is film.. light burnt onto emulsion.. yes. people say im a good one. i love my family. they are my everything. look forward to having my own one day. the future is now. these moments fleeting. will one day run a community arts center / gallery space where people can freely express themselves in their own unique ways... especially children and the underprivileged / unheard / unseen / ignored. helicopters have been fascinating to me ever since i can remember. one day ill have my own. im lucky in having had a job where i got free flight instruction from time to time. finding happiness im figuring out isnt hard at all. someone once said its all about attitude. its the truth. you decide to make yourself happy or miserable. it just makes sense to take lemons and make lemonade rather than complain about those sour lemons youve been given. creativity is key. my mother was and still is my hero and ive not personally known anybody with a more genuine soul than herself. i miss her dearly and will make her proud. im pretty strange i think compared to most but i dont mind what people may think of me. i just am what i am and i hope that i make myself into a better person as i age. in the style of vino. life has been good. real good. i would say im blessed. oh.. i think im repeating myself here. but... yes... im probably watched after... see... im on the fence about it. mabye, maybe not. stubborn about faith. it doesnt seem logical. but its not about logic... its about heart. its about living for a purpose. what that purpose may be... i havent quite figured out. one day... clarity will hit me. until then.. im going to keep my head up and do my best.
