About Me

🚨 If you offer to host, please read this entire section, and thank you in advance for your offer 😊 🚨

Hello CS! Starting June 5th, 2017, I will embark on a “round the 🌎” trip (the ending is indefinite). I plan to use both hostels and CS! Either way, I will be very active in the CS community, no matter where I am, as I still want to live and explore like a local.

I have a very lively, open-minded, outgoing personality, not for the bashful, although I take great joy in prying introverts out of their shells :) I very much enjoy sharing CS/travel stories, deep conversations about life, religion and the great beyond, dancing, exploring, and I'm beginning to enjoy the outdoors (hiking, climbing, etc). Want to host me? Would you like to show me your city? Or, let's meet for tea, lunch, drinks...or a fun night of dancing.

🗣*BEWARE* I'm one of those people with dietary "issues"! Unfortunately, I'm a Glutard. That means I'm gluten intolerant (no wheat, barley or rye). It is a bit annoying, but it's apart of my life, so I apologize in advance. I'm on a mission to find the best gluten free pastries around the world. So far Chambelland of Paris is winning with the most amazing chocolate chip cookie . Those French really know what they are doing! Do you have any recommendations?

🗣I am also Pescatarian (that’s a Vegetarian who eats animals from the sea)🍐🍉🥦...eggs and dairy 🥚 🥛 are ok.

My ideal host will have time to explore with me, enjoys exchanging life/travel stories, has a positive, friendly attitude and just enjoys the company of their Surfers :) I look forward to meeting you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because once you've traveled this way, it's difficult to go back. 🛋

My experiences have been Incredible (a 2 hour drive from Antwerpen, Belgium to Lille, France to party for the night) and some disastrous (being left locked out by a host or just having keys thrown at me and never seeing the host), but I am thankful for each one! I have learned what the TRUE CS Spirit is :)

Interests

Traveling is deep inside my soul, it gives me the thing I crave most - adventure! I'm a party girl at heart and find great joy in dancing the night away with strangers💃🏾. As a bartender, I love a good cocktail/wine 🍹 🍸🍷and will do just about anything (just about) for a delicious meal🍽.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

10/2016 - I played Jenga with random travelers at a hostel on Koh Phi Phi Island. The person to knock over the pile had to take off their clothes and run into the bay. NAKED! It was an extremely busy night...I knocked over the Jenga.

10/2017- Also! Snorkeling in the Japanese Garden in Aqaba, Jordan 🇯🇴
