I'm Tordis, nice to meet you!
I'm originally from Germany, but throughout the past few years I've had quite a globetrotter life, living and working in different countries.

For now, I've settled in the Netherlands, where I'm studying to become a teacher.
Hosting is difficult as I live in a student home, but if you want to meet up, just drop a note. I'm always happy to get out and explore the area.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just love meeting new people and listening to their stories.
Also, of course, locals know where to get the best ice cream in town, how to get to the most beautiful beach of the country. They know all those hidden attractions and spots no tour guide can show you!
And you always have someone to talk to, to share your ideas and thoughts with.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Well, I have some nice stories to tell, I could teach you some German (or English or Dutch). I'm always in for a game of any kind (cards, dice,...) and although I really am not a great cook, I can make lasagne and pancakes pretty well. :)
