Hi, my name is Tori and I'm from the UK. I am a friendly and approachable person and I love getting to know new people and visiting new places. I am currently on a "Round the World" cycling tour so am not yet available to host but shall look forward to doing so when I make it home. Because of said tour however please excuse me in advance for not looking totally presentable at your front door. It is likely I will arrive either a) extremely sweaty, b) extremely muddy or c) a combination of the two. After a shower I can assure you things will improve.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couch surfing in the hope of meeting some cheery folk on my way around the globe. I use the cyclist website warmshowers a lot and love it and Couchsurfing seems like a fairly natural extension of that. Plus, meeting people who actually live in the places I'm visiting inevitably makes said place way more interesting and enjoyable.

Interests

I've always been interested in travel and seeing how different people live their lives. I also love into reading and couldn't leave the UK without my Kindle. Apparently as of the last 12 months I also quite enjoy cycling.

If you haven't read anything by Haruki Murakami then do so. As for music - I have a very eclectic taste and like to get recommendations from people as I go along although I have to admit J/K/C Pop is a little too much for me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hopefully in a year or so I'll be able to say I've cycled around the world! For the time being however I guess I'll go with cycling half way around the world. I also make a very pleasant cup of tea...

I'm not sure this is the box for me. I can teach you how to fix a puncture... if you have a bike with a puncture... and don't know how to fix one... although I might do it wrong... sorry about that
