i am 24 years old and some say i look half my age. i am currently calling MD my home until the next big thing. i am marrying my best friend this summer and immediately after that we are heading to a new city (not sure which one yet) to begin the next phase of our lives. the world truly feels like my oyster and i am stary eyed and dreamy about the possibilities

i enjoy a good documentary.
my favorite music comes personally written by my love. but i do love bon iver, modest mouse, tom waits, vampire weekend, jack white, bright eyes, and on and on and on.
i love reading. some authors i dable with...haruki murakami, chuck palahniuk, tom robbins, currently loving east of eden by john steinbeck

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i shared a bag of cheap plastic beads with some children in a rural village in Zambia and watched them treat the beads as if they were diamonds.
i fell in love and felt that love returned.
ive slept in a noisy rainforest, on a volcano, and under a sky full of shooting stars.
