ABOUT ME

I am not a natural blonde - let's get that out of the way first. Shiny things catch my eye. I love traveling (Oh, what a surprise!). I play bass and sing in a punk band, but that is something that A/I wasn't expecting. And B/You wouldn't expect either. I design for a living and for fun - which is a nice combination, to enjoy what you do after doing it for so many years. I am a very creative cook, but that's mainly because I'm really bad at following directions. I get lost a lot - but this has led me to wonderous things I never would have found otherwise. And will never find again, unfortunately.

PHILOSOPHY

Ooo. That's deep. Old enough to act mature, but young enough to still be stupid. I think that kinda works!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No official couchsurfing. Yet. However, I have slept in many spare rooms and couches and floors and the like. Have hosted a few people.

Moviewise - Valley Girl, Lost in Translation, Shawn of the Dead, From Dusk til Dawn, Harold and Maude, Amelie, and all those silly old american teen movies.
Musicwise - well, I like MY band, obviously. And rockabilly and psychobilly and, well, pretty much everything in between. Or around. Except hip hop. Nope, definitely don't like that.

Just one? I lived in Russia for about a year before that big ole coup happened back in '91. I told my friends 'Hey - if you are unhappy about stuff, do something!' then I left. And look what happened. Yep. That was me.

I can teach how to make a mean cocktail. As in good. Not one that spits back at you. I can learn.. well, a lot. And share? Yes, I'll share my cocktail recipes and stuff. If you're nice.
