About Me

When I'm am in my home town, I like to hike, climb, bike, go to bookstores, watch films and sports documentaries, make things with my hands (ceramics, blacksmithing, and glassblowing), and volunteer. I'm easy going and have a soft spot for street art/murals and good food-- especially desserts :) I confess that on more than one occasion, a friend has asked me to grab dinner after the gym, and I said I was too tired and was going to go home--and instead I went to a dessert place and ordered three items and ate them myself :(

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On my way back to our villa, I met a cow alongside the road. I gave her a banana and later we stopped to take a nap. A surf photographer on his way to the beach took a picture and I found it on Instagram.

I suppose making friends with a cow isn't amazing but it was definetely one of my favorite memories in Bali.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you the basics of rock climbing, how to make some traditional Asian dishes, and how to lasso a lizard
