About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travelling for a few months before starting graduate school

ABOUT ME

Normally live in Seoul, Korea. Currently in Beijing, will be travelling until September and then going back to Seoul.

PHILOSOPHY

Try everything, gotta have new sensations.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been a member for a while, but only recently haveI started to really join in CS events and such. It's fun.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None so far using this site as a medium, however I have graced many a person's couch with my presence in more impromptu arrangements.

Music, Movies, and Books

Some of my fave Korean movies: Oldboy, Sympathy for Lady Vengeance, Save the Green Planet, A Bittersweet Life, The Host

Music is varied, but concentrated around hip hop at the moment. Like drum and bass, psy, acid, breakcore, post-rock, trip-hop, and really bits of everything. I don't listen to music as much as I once did.

As for books, if it's fiction it's probably fantasy, and if it's non-fiction it's probably history-related. Sometimes I get things mixed up.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Learning to speak Korean is probably the skill I have the most pride in. Going to North Korea was amazing, probably the closest thing to time travel possible.

Teach, Learn, Share

Probably a lot of pointless information. How to eat and drink in Sinchon is probably my most marketable skill here.

Countries I’ve Visited

China, France, Indonesia, Japan, Mongolia, Philippines, Thailand

Countries I’ve Lived In

Australia, China, New Zealand, South Korea
