我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Finding a cheap way to travel and make friends.

I am learning how to travel in different ways that can make me save money and that create an environment of comfort, confidence and relax.

My expectations to take advantage of CouchSurfing is mostly to meet locals when I travel to go out and learn from them about their areas and build a friendship with other travel addicts like me and having the chance to show them my city and why we "ticos" (Costaricans) love the people.

Encontrar una forma barata para viajar y hacer amigos.

Estoy apenas aprendiendo como viajar de diferentes maneras que me hagan ahorrar dinero y que formen un ambiente de comodidad, confianza y relajación.

Mi expectativa CouchSurfing es más que todo para conocer gente local para salir, aprender de sus zonas y construir una amistad con otros adictos a los viajes y mostrarles por que a nosotros los ticos (costarricenses) nos encanta la gente.

I am kinda old fashion guy, love pop, latin, rock, or romantic music (not into urban).

Music is what helped me to learn how to pronounce different languages and to meet great artist that don't sing in my mother language.

The first country I visited was Canada and I was studying English as a Second Language at the city of Hamilton, between Toronto and Niagara Falls so I had the opportunity to take newcomers to visit the falls and guide them and introduce them a bit to the culture, at the same time to support Spanish speakers that has no English so they can adapt at the beginning.

El primer país que conocí fue Canada y estaba estudiando Ingles como Segunda Lengua en la ciudad de Hamilton, entre Toronto y las Cataratas del Niágara, así que tuve la oportunidad de conocer bien las cataratas y llevar por mi cuenta a nuevos estudiantes y guiarlos por la zona, así como apoyar a estudiantes hispano parlantes que no sabían nada de Inglés para que se pudieran adaptar al principio.

Even though I don't work on that anymore, my degree is as a tour guide and I had the opportunity to know pretty well my country so if you have questions related to places to go, when to come or what to do, I'm sure I can answer your questions and maybe take you to walk around San José and have drinks together.

I am an organized person who expects and likes to bring respect and confidence so if I want to do my stuff I would not do it in someone else's place and willing to help if required with cocking, washing dishes or making some cleaning.
