ABOUT ME

I go to St. Olaf College in Minnesota, originally from Nebraska. I love being outdoors. Hiking and backpacking are where it's at. I also enjoy film and photography. I'm studying Environmental Studies. You're going to have to recycle if you're in my vicinity. This is my first international adventure, so if you can add your own bit of interest to it, let me know. Always up for a good time or good conversation, so look me up if you're around Minneapolis/St. Paul/Northfield.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Have surfed great places whilst studying in England. Probably won't surf much now, but now I can host, with loads of couches and futons!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had a couple floor surfers, care of couchsurfing. It was quite entertaining and we spent a few hours hanging out in a Yurt. Have surfed Prague, Geneva, and Rome, and loved getting to see lives there as lived, instead of from a hotel window.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I packed up to Highland Park in Wyoming's Bighorn Mtns last summer. Waking up there was one of the more beautiful mornings of my life.

I can tell good stories about working on a ranch, cowboy country, and all kinds of random information about just about anything. I can share photos of amazing places and the sounds of amazing music. I mostly believe that place is important, so don't ever discount anything until you've considered every angle.
