Born in Bodø and grew up here, spent one year living at Ås outside Oslo aged six. Military service in Stavanger/Oslo/Bodø. Started working summer 2012 after six great years studying in Bodø and Leeds.

It gives me the chance to get connected to interesting people I otherwise never would have met.

I participate by meeting couchsurfers for a chat, meal, activity in Bodø, sometimes hosting when it suits us as we are a family of five now.

When I travel I try to meet local people. It is much more interesting than visiting the local tourist office.
I can tell you what is happening in Bodø the days you are here. A couple of years ago I guided tourist buses in the area. You will learn more about me and Bodø when we meet. I look forward talking to you.

- Football, I'm a season ticketholder for Bodø/Glimt, Champions league cl7b 2025/26. Fan of Cardiff City and Newcastle.
- I like languages, practicing german, spanish, italian, chinese, russian and french. My mandarin is fading since the 2,5 weeks in Beijing/Tianjin back in 2011. German is easiest to understand. The French speaks to fast, easier to read.
