ABOUT ME
Bob Moore is a non-traditional photographer and IATSE stagehand residing in Savannah, GA. A lifelong sojourner of our National Treasures, Bob has mainly focused on both State and National Parks in his pursuit of personal peace and happiness. "These one-of-a-kind places are so beautiful and precious that you can't help falling in love with them, says Bob. These Parks are our national legacy. They are a singular gift that we must respect and preserve for the generations that follow. We need to be responsible and honor them with a commitment toward eternal sustainability.â

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have always beleived in the sofa surfing bonding of human souls. My home has always welcomed travelers from all over. My stay in hostels and travels abroad and aboard the Green Tortoise has given me the gift of meeting international friends who have touched my miniscule existance profoundly. I strive to touch others the same way w/ my travels...
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I travelled the US in 2001 w/ a 90 day Greyhound pass going to baseball games. Along the way I couch surfed in Minneapolis w/ the son of a friend of mine. Then was invited to stay in KC with a guy and his girlfriend I met at a game. Again in Paradise Ridge I hooked up w/ kind folks. Later I met a friend I see at the KY Derby in his hometown of Chicago for a Cubs game and surfed in Chi-town for 1 week. He then offered me a job travelling and working w/him for an addirional 6 week add on to my 90 day trip.
